- Workshops that are available to you and your clients on topics from Change Management to Corporate Culture to Mobile Workers. Provided by Herman Miller through SOF, some are fee-based and some are free.
- Help in defining scope of project and budget
- Verify and update existing floor plans
- Specify furniture from a variety of manufacturers according to an approved block plan
- Ask about Envelop, Herman Miller's new intelligent, ergonomic desk!
- Coordinate and order fabric and finish selections/samples
- Provide technical support with regards to telecommunications and electrical capabilities, lighting, acoustics, and the application of COM materials
- Update CAD drawings and specifications at the end of job to incorporate change orders, providing an accurate final outline of your new space
- Provide you and your client with ergonomic evaluations
- Provide your client with on-site training in the use of their new furniture along with a client-specific website that you and they can use for ongoing or new employee training
- Offer an a la carte list of facility services for your client including move management, furniture cleaning or refurbishing, and installation
- Leasing options for your client (some of which will allow architectural and design services to be included)
- Ask about Ethospace, Vivo Interiors, and Action Office 2 in 120 degree configurations.
