Each visit in a maintenance program will include:

Cleaning and refurbishing

Lubricate all moving components (drawers, chair mechanisms, etc.)

Reinstall cabling into cable management devices

Ensure that all wires are properly managed

Provide minor tune-ups to workstations

Reinstall any kick-plates, base covers, or top caps that may have become unattached

Provide service parts to repair common problems such as casters, pneumatic cylinders, lock sets, etc.

For employee comfort, and with your approval, raise or lower individual workstation shelves and/or work-surfaces

Identify any product that requires repair (touch-up, missing or broken)
