So that you may utilize your own employees to maintain your facility at peak performance, SOF will provide training in the care and use of all new furnishings.



 

We share our expertise in the following areas:

Product Orientation — Employees are trained in the adjustment of items within their own workstations. We provide documentation and demonstrations on how to enhance ergonomic performance of chairs, keyboard trays, etc. Safety issues such as the proper loading of filing cabinets are covered as well.

If requested SOF can provide a company-personalized web site
showing how to adjust various chairs or height-adjustable tables, and showing various filing configurations that will help you get the most out of your storage space, for example.

Installation — If you handle reconfigurations and churn management internally, we can help train your staff to the same standards as our certified installers. Our program includes general product information, identification of parts and pieces, leveling and all aspects of proper assembly.

Design Support — We will train your design or purchasing staff in the specification of products as needed for ongoing facility maintenance.
